Still in Sydney, sans internet. See y'all in the...
I realised something today.
I’m actually rather terrified of initiating social anything.
Day Sixteen: My views on mainstream music.
I’m writing this a day early; I’m going to Sydney tomorrow.
I’m going to start by saying that I know nothing about music. I don’t listen to the radio much. I don’t really have any definitive ideas as to what bands are mainstream and what aren’t.
Mainstream music, to me, is the stuff that I hear on the radio, if that makes any sense. I don’t listen to...
Day Fifteen: My favourite Tumblrs.

I love every blog I follow, though, and those were just the ones I could think of off the top of my head.
Day Fourteen: My earliest memory.
My earliest memory is my third or fourth birthday party at the little house in Toowong where we lived until I was six. I remember I wore a shirt with a fairy on it, and we had the party in the back yard, near the stairs. The stairs at the back of the house were about two stories off the ground, and the front door was level with the street.
I miss that house. Whenever I drive on Frederick St I...
Day Thirteen: Somewhere I'd like to move or visit....
Nice, Tumblr challenge. Nice.
I’d love to move to West End or Auchenflower. Or Paris. Yeah, Paris. No, London.
Oh, and I forgot to add a bullet point to my list yesterday:
Appreciate attractiveness of sweet bottle shop staff member. Develop slight crush on same. Squee, etc.

Day Ten: Discuss your first love and first kiss.
I met my first love when I started university in early 2005. We split up in late 2008. He had brown eyes, studied philosophy and liked Modest Mouse. We had a cat and I named her Pixel. Sometimes I wonder how she is.
My first kiss? His name was David and he had blonde hair. He was tall and he was shy. He was cute. Ah, youth.
They feel like such a long time ago, you know?
On a mote of dust, suspended in a sunbeam.
Day Nine: "How I hope my future will be like"
I hope to live in a future where the English language is loved and nurtured, Tumblr challenge.
I’d like my future to be just like now; a little more money, maybe. A worker’s cottage in either Toowong, Paddington, Highgate Hill, West End or Auchenflower. I’d like to be working at QAG or GOMA. I’d like a quiet, clever partner (who is tall, pls) and two giantly chubby, rosy...
Day Eight: A moment that I felt the most satisfied...
I don’t know. I try to feel happy most days.
I think the end of high school would be a strong candidate. I didn’t mind high school, really. I had lovely friends, and I liked English. And my free study classes. I do remember how happy I was when I first got into university. It was amazing. The first few months of university were incredible.
I almost feel like I’m doing that all...
